We deeply apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding. We are working on this as I type! Please understand due to that issue that there might be some delays or even possibly cancelled orders. As the holidays are approaching we are getting alot more traffic and with that, comes low inventory. If we do come across an order that has an item out of stock, we will personally send you an email or message before we cancel the order and you will recieve your full refund. (This refund policy does not apply to any order that has already been shipped) if possible we would be happy to trade the item out for another at the same price!
