At The Dusty Barn Door our main goal is to serve our customers! If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will do everything that we can to try and make it better!
Once your order has arrived, please look it over and make sure it is in the condition you expected. We take pride in making sure our items are stored and packaged with care, unfortunately once it leaves our store it is out of our control. If you are not satisfied please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you are sent incorrect items or are missing items please contact us right away so we can assist you in making this right!
. Items can be returned for store credit only at this time via a coupon code sent to your email.
. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order was shipped out.
. Anything purchased as a discount price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return
. Returned items must be unwashed and unscented and still have all the tags attached.
. Shipping is non refundable

We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE
An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
